Update of the $1-million libel trial against Judge Bill Swann in Knox County Circuit Court in Knoxville TN, Wendy Rose vs William K Swann, Docket C:06-346406, trial date 26 July 2010. Judge Swann was "disciplined" by the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary in this matter, apparently for his sworn confession under oath in his deposition, to extorting "campaign contributions" from lawyers in the middle of divorce trials in Swann's court, by calling them into chambers during trials. Includes portion of John Stadtmiller's international radio broadcast of attorney David Lee's Press Release from behind bars, jailed 10 days during his divorce trial in Judge Swann's court. David Lee subsequently ran for judge agaisnt Judge Swann, spending $130,000 in six weeks, according to Swann's deposition testimony. The libel trial is about Judge Swann's slander and libel in his political campaign against David Lee, which included this Press Release posted on Swann's campaign website title "www.TheTruthAboutDavidLee.com". David Lee's campaign website was www.JudgeSwannsDefeat.org. Judge Swann often libeled and slandered John Lee at Pirate News during that campaign, got Pirate News TV banned from public access TV during that Republican primary election, and mentioned John Lee during his sworn testimony at deposition.
